Dintshang does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or otherwise screen users of our social connection or dating features. We do not verify the information provided by users in their profiles. You are solely responsible for your own safety and should take sensible precautions when interacting with others. Your use of these features is at your own risk.

Legal Entity & Liability

Dintshang is a product of Bonafela AI (Pty) Ltd. We operate strictly as a venue and marketplace facilitator. We are not a party to any direct contract between Creators, Merchants, Specialists, or Organizers.

Dintshang does not act as an agent, employer, or talent manager. We do not endorse any user and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any content, service, or event. All engagements, bookings, and transactions are entered into at the users' own risk.

Financial Services & Escrow

Dintshang is not a registered Bank or Financial Services Provider (FSP). All financial transactions are handled by our secure, third-party payment processing partners. Funds held in Escrow are strictly for the purpose of settling transactions between users in accordance with the user agreement.

Platform fees are charged to cover technology and processing costs. Wallet balances do not accrue interest.

Intellectual Property

Creators retain full ownership of all content uploaded to the platform.

The Dintshang Creator Shield provides digital timestamping for proof-of-existence but does not constitute formal copyright registration with CIPC or international bodies. We do not provide legal advice.
